How to donate to our Churches

Exodus 35.21
And they came, everyone whose heart was stirred, and everyone whose spirit was willing, and brought the Lord’s offering to be used for the tabernacle and for all its service.

Due to lockdown, our church income has gone down greatly. We need to close the gap between income and costs or we shall run out of money before the end of this year.

Whether you can give or not, please pray about our finances and thank God for his generous provision in all our lives. Thank you for anything you can give.

From the fundraising group

Here are some ways in which you can help support our churches by donating:-

Sharing savings

For some of us, lockdown has brought savings – no travel, lower petrol costs, no visits to the hairdresser, cinema, theatre or sports events, no gym fees, no meeting friends at a café for coffee and cake …

If you have made savings through lockdown, could you share part of these savings with your church?

How to donate online

Did you know you can donate to any of our WEP churches online? It’s as easy as online shopping and you can use your debit or credit card or your PayPal account. Here’s how it works:

1. Go to the Charities Aid Foundation website www.cafonline.org and click on the ‘Donate to a Charity’ button near the top of the screen.

2. On the next page, in the middle of the main picture, use the long search box to find us – enter Woughton or our charity number 1172298.

3. In the results list, make sure you click on the link for Woughton Ecumenical Partnership.

4. On the new page click on the ‘Donate to this charity’ button, select your payment method and then simply continue to follow the on-screen instructions.

You can choose the amount you want to donate, add Gift Aid if you are a UK taxpayer and, if you wish, have your donation passed on anonymously to us. The first time you use this online method, you will have to fill in some name and address info but you can save that for future use if you wish.

If you want your donation to be credited to one particular church, or even to a specific appeal or fund, click the ‘Add special instructions’ box and type the name of the church or fund into the message box that appears.

And a big ‘Thank you’ for any amount you can give.

And don’t forget - y
ou can also donate direct from your bank account using your usual online banking method. Simply ask your bank to pay:
